I'm planning to buy an apartment in atz splendor from atz properties. I want to know how si the builder and how can we trust the apartment. Recently I went for site visit the apartment was beautiful. The entrance is superb but I want to know the reviews from you all. Could you all can help me out.
My Husband is working in Manyata Tech Park and we are look for a property in and around Teck Park. What is the status of the project ATZ Splendor and how much price they are quoting currently?

They are quoting above 50lacs initial I thought its not worth after site visit only itseems that the apartment is good. Did you visited their apartment? Can you share me your contact details so that we can discuss about project views and all.

Even I have planned to book with atz rock view which is from atz properties close to thanisandra main road and here is my mail id. shankarmurthy8156@gmail.com. First the company suggested me to take in splendor only after seeing the pool the amenities I really felt it is the best apartment which I have seen but my family liked rock view as from apartment we can see lake and all. I was about to book a flat in splendor but heard that areva is commercial apartment and saw a cafe coffee day and atm upon brochure. So any reviews upon the project please share.
