hi friends , what is the future of ameenpur, especially the janachaitanyas sai ambica layout. what would be the price per sq yard by 2014.

Hi dindu..Janachaitanya Saiambica Phase 1 is under construction right now. I think they are offering plots.Have you bought any and what is the current rates of properties there..??
Hi puneet... if you get a plot for less than Rs.15000 per Sq.yds in sai ambica - 1 or 2 you mediately buy the same since layout is on radial road no 31 which is connecting BHEL and outer ring road.and 30 houses in sai ambica -2 have been occupied by software guys. the total janachaitnaya layout is 160 acres in ameenpur which has 16 acres of open area where in a cricket ground in already developed. This much of open area ie 10% of total layout area meant for parks is possible only in HUDA layouts hence safe investment. Ratna kumar
