i would like to buy a 2bhk apartment on the kadamba plateau area or Corlim.Please suggest which is better

Hi, In my knowledge kadamba plateau is better option for investment in Goa. As few day back there is one news that IT hub is shifting to these area so most of the builder and developer as well as investor is keeping eye in these location. so in coming yrs it is one of the option for residential project.
