lets form a forum and take this guy to court, I got post dated cheques but all of them returned for insufficient funds and the builder says to do what I can do....this guy can't play with peoples hard earned money..
Hi Amit. I am in the same boat as you(Almog). Cheques given are bouncing due to insufficient funds. Need to file a complaint/take him to court . Contact me at indianpinto@gmail.com
