Q: Hillock towers reviews, hillock towers by artharaj realty, Somatane phata, Artharaj realty reviews is fraud/ cheat builder. I request all you to go through below points before making any advancement with this builder. 1. While booking flat he showed Hillock Towers Town planning approved plan of A&B wing, Also you can see B wing in model, brochure, internet etc. Now he is claiming that he is not getting B wing land as original owner is refusing to sell. At the time of booking flat he claimed to have that land. 2. Possession date committed for A-wing with amenities as Dec 2014 but yet there is no progress on that. 3. He wont give you approved Plan/ TP sanctioned plan / Parking layout etc with the agreement as he dont have it yet.other builders would give you it upfront. 4. Also he will not send / show you agreement copy in advance so that you could get hidden clauses. such as possession date after 30 months no exact date. 5. He will just take away your money and start another site with your money. we almost group of 40 people have paid 90% amount yet to get clarity on possession. 6. This builder has no good background Jaydeep/Ravi/Abhay no one would want to see you once you make agreement instead always buy from reputed builders. 7. If you don't believe go to site and ask him above questions and see the progress of Hillock towers which was suppose to be ready with amenities in Dec 2014.

What is the price he is quoting psf? Is it ok to go ahead with this project? What are your views on this area? Is this area surrounded by required amenities i.e. station, hospital, school, college, temple, malls/market, eating outlets, banks and ATMs?

Latest Answer: Hello guys, Shweta and Sunil, I dont give damn f**k about this threat. non can track my IP. even though they track and file criminal case I will win. As only i have the proofs against them. I am waiting for them to file suite against me. I didnt write anything wrong, it seems yo are on builders payroll to shine his image in realty market. BELIEVE ME I WILL TAKE HIM DOWN ONCE HIS TIME COMES. He should not construct that illegal B wing ahead of A. and give all the promised amenities.
