Does anyone know when is BPTP going to give possesion of the apartments in Park Elite premium?

Hi Shrawani, As per recent inquiry about this project, I came to know that, this is a sold out project. Park Elite Premium is one of the popular residential development approved by DGTCP. Possession of this project was around Nov 2014.
Thanks for replying Raj. I am an owner of a property there but they have sent nothing as per possesion is concerned although I see everywhere that Nov 2014 was supposed to be the possession time. That's why this question to understand if other owners have already received it and mine one if pending?

construction update on BPTP Park Elite Premium
Q: Hi, it has been so many years and no sign of possession from BPTP. I bought a flat in BPTP PArk Elite Premium and still awaiting. Today I received an email asking for VAT amount to be paid else there will be interest charged. Not sure what is the buyer have done wrong to invest in such property which is waiting in eternity..

Hello, Had a joint complaint been filed already? I am the same boat and awaiting possession of the apartment allotted in Park Elite Premium. Now they say, the it will be ready in Oct 2017.
