Q: I am interested in buying a property between 40-50 lkhs in North or South Bangalore. How good is 1 BHK option in House of Hiranandani?

Latest Answer: Before you consider buying a property here, beat in mind that this is NOT a gated community and the roads are open to public. Major security problems cuz of the same leading to theft and fast moving cars in residential areas. Unsafe! Within the property itself there are disputed land where owners have started building their own house. Basically, if u are the owner at HOH, Devanahalli, you will be paying for the roads and common facility maintenance for local goons to mis use.
