I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Gruha kalyan is a cheating company.. They are pooling command man's money and they are happily enjoying. I booked a flat in one of their projjects. it was year anf half now and they havent done the site registration also. When i ask for cancellation they are not ready to take it and they said they will cancel and return booking amount until the MOU expires. The people in GK are worthless and pakka 420. i was struggling to do cancellation since three months. atleast new people dont encourage them by seeing their cheap publicity.Gruha kalyan is a cheating company..
