A dump project. I have booked a flat 25 months back, still not bankable. 1.Booked 25 months back but construction yet not started. Now they have stopped picking phone/ replying mail as well. 2.In application form they offered Rs 5 per sq feet per month delay, but in agreement, the same point is missing. (Pl. read carefully and beware). 3. No scope of appreciation at least 10 years from now.A dump project.
