Q: Does anyone own a site in the BMRDA approved layout 'Urban Habitat' in Bangalore, off Varthur near Gunjur? Have you registered your property yet? How long did it take for you to get the Khatha? Need some feedback about builder and property.

Samriddi Enclave is a gated residential township for HAL employee and other exclusive individuals, offering exclusive plots/villas. The project is spread over 50 acres of land, offering 1000 plots/villas and has been approved by the Bangalore Metropolitan Residential Development Authority (BMRD/LAO/22/09-10) to be completed in 3 phases.
