Real Value's Neel Kamal - Catastrophic delay
Q: When are they going to hand over the apartment ?!! It seems, they make do that only in mid 2015.. :( My Dream come true, remains just a dream for a lonnnng time ;(

Hi - I am also one of the owner of the flat and really frustated to hear the same reply many times. Certain houses in the same block is near completion stage like tiles, windows etc everything has been completed and in the same floor few houses are left out in a pathetic shape. I understand that they are concentrating on the common floor currently. Hi Sajid and vinayagamourty - I went to Real value to check the status update and understand that they have some financial issues and thats why this delay and this has been sorted out now and the apartment will be handed by mid June 2015. Sajid, your apartment is flat 2B 2nd block? Thanks Anusha

Hi all: We have also booked a 2BHK in block 2 in 2010 and being constantly told that we would get it 3 months from now. So super frustrating. We can't seem to get any meaningful updates from them. When do you think realistically they will hand over this? How many have received email for wood work? Thanks
Hi - I have booked the flat in 2011. Block 2 Flat 2B. and handover would happen in mid June 2015. wood work will happen in mid May 15. Thanks Anusha
