Oh..I am aware of this locality. A few years back, I had some land here. But the price of the land has increased tremendously. Most people sell the land for like 650 rupees and all. Land here for 500 rupees is quite a good deal. A proper residential area, this area is near to some good schools like MYRA School of Business, NIE College of Engineering, DePaul International School, New St. Joseph's Central School, Excel Public School, as well as Acharya Vidyakula, etc.
Wow... Thanks Ashwini.. Didn't know this.. As I stay in blore and not been here since I purchased it.. . Had paid 375 per sft 5 yrs back and knew it was worth more than 500. But am buying a flat in blore and new this small cash quickly..as you know sky high prices in blore.. So am okay @ 500 only for this reason. My Co brother also has 2 sites of 60x40 in this layout and willing to sell after I do.
