While booking flat he showed Hillock Towers Town planning approved plan of A&B wing, Also you can see B wing in model, brochure, internet etc. Now he is claiming that he is not getting B wing land as original owner is refusing to sell. At the time of booking flat he claimed to have that land. 2. Possession date committed for A-wing with amenities as Dec 2014 but yet there is no progress on that. 3. He wont give you approved Plan/ TP sanctioned plan / Parking layout etc with the agreement as he dont have it yet.other builders would give you it upfront. 4. Also he will not send / show you agreement copy in advance so that you could get hidden clauses. such as possession date after 30 months no exact date. 5. He will just take away your money and start another site with your money. we almost gr
