I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Every organization have pros and cons. but when I gone through these reviews I found maximum negative reviews about Gruha Kalyan. Many of them they spread bad about the company i.e. without proper details and some were spreading false information.
Mr.Pankaj, What a fool you are, They have 27 Projects, They did not have 3 Lakhs in their bank account. Every cheques bounce. Please enquire about the notorious bank account no-50200015515001.Those are writing positive about Gk, they are definitely from GK only.

hi any one can answer, I find here good reviews with Gruha Kalyan Aster Project, then only i booked project, now here finding many people reviews only on this week, i cant understand what you are trying to say?
They have given me 2 HDFC Cheque, which was bounced

Gruha Kalyan is having excellent projects all around Bangalore. Thy are offering very much less prices. But the only thing with this , some delay will happens. Other than that everything is good. They are refunding the cancellation amount without fail. Last week I visited their office and spoke with a customer who cancelled a project, he told me he got his money with in time.
They are Into the Cheating Business
