hyde park doubts
Q: 1. As claimed by hyde park, the left hand side and back side areas are facility or green park, but as per noida 2031 plan, these are also residential areas, seems these areas can be given to some other builders in the future. Do we have some document by nimbus which shows the current status of these greens. 2. wardrobes in rooms and kitchen furniture wont be provided? 3. I am planning for T or Y tower road facing units, but I doubt if in future some high rise come in front of it. getting deal in 5100 50:50 plan. comments plz

This project has Energy Efficient Living with 2 Side Open Plot, 3 Side Open Apartments & Substantial reduction in operational Cost. Strategically this project is 2 Km from FNG expressway , Noida City Centre Metro Station is around 2.5 Km, Sai Temple is around 3 Km, Fortis Hospital is around 4 Km, Golf Course is around 8 Minutes & DND Flyway 15 Minutes.
which 2 sides are open, front and back?
