Hi I hve booked flat in Amrapali Terrace Homes in 2010 there is no response from the builder on posession, on 99 Acre and Magic Bricks, is says December 2018. Do we have a legal remedy for force the builder for early possession or full refund with interest. Hi Please add me in the group. I have booked apartment in Amrapali terrace Home in 2010, no response on the builder on possession. As per updates on 99 Acres and Magic Bricks, possession is in Jan 2019. Can we all consumers go file case in NCDR forum and put pressure on the builder.
