I booked a flat & my experience has been quite frustrating. To begin with, I was not sent a draft copy of the agreement for approval. Placing my trust in the organisation, did not raise an objection to this assuming I would get an opportunity to review it on the day of the registration. But, even that did not happen because of the incompetent behavior of the executives.Mr. Dhairyasheel More was supposed to meet us at the Sub-Registrar office at 2 p.m. Knowing the importance of the appointment, I reached the venue on time, to find him nowhere around. On calling him, I was informed that he would not be the one handling the registration and sent me contact details for Mr. Gokul, who again, I was supposed to call.
