Hi Kerthi, personally I will suggest you not to buy this. I have heard they sold some flat below 27 lakh. let me tell you all the drawback: 1. it doesnt have STP, so no connection of Sewage 2. You wont get Cauvery connection 3. Rain Water harvesting is not done according to rule. so no proper certificate 4. Plastering quality tooo tooo tooo bad. Lots of crack you can see 5. Though power backup is there, still it doent work as power backup is connected to Gyser & washingmachine points. So in 1 min this trip and you wont get power 6. Most importantly the Owners association may take legal action against the illegal construction in future; in that case it may be demolished. Now its your choice.
