Paradise Crystal construction in Megapolis Greater Noida not started after 10 months. Should I sell property or hold?
Q: I have invested in Paradise Crystal (Sushant Megapolis) in Greater Noida. After the initial 20% payment and after almost 10 months the construction has still not started. And we are informed that it will take 6 months more for it to begin. Please advise if we should sell the property or hold on?
