Max worth reality executives are saying max marvel phase2 registrations are completed, now they started marketing for phase 3.

Until now, they are telling me that I have to wait and they have not completed the formalities. They are not refunding nor registering the plot. I wanted to approach the court. If any body knows the right method to get back the money, please let me know.
