I live in Gharonda Jyothi by Gharonda Builders and Developers, and let me tell you, i have had a very pleasant experience with them, I got the posession on time, and also didn't have to face any complaints as of now.
Sir, It has come to our notice by resident of Gharonda Jyothi and the supervisor there that it took way longer than builder Sunil J Sachdev promised and also that most of the customers had to forceably take possession and complete the pending construction themselves. So how come you got lucky and no complaints.
