Any reviews about JR Housing Bangalore?
Q: Any reviews about JR Housing Bangalore. I heard that they are not keeping their properties in good shape and falling short of promises?

I am planning to buy a plot at Greenwoods which I visited. They are asking advance for releasing the doc and cost is around £29laks for 30*40". is this current going rate, can I goahed? any feedback will be pleased. muthuuk@yahoo.co.uk
no please, there is no enterence to the layout, absolutely no way or road. it will never appreciate. do not buy, better than that buy in the village, at least you'll get what is promised to you.

Hi, I'm planing of buying a property on the Anekal road and was considering JR Housing as well. We only came to know about JR Housing thru their banner advertisements. Can someone please post in details about JR Housing project developments and completion details? I and my colleagues are planing to visit few projects in and around this locality every weekend. I see few of negative comments online about JR Housing. Your early response will help us in making a right decision. Thank you !
JR Housing have 15 years of experience in duping people. they are professional in fooling buyers and promising developed layout, water, sewage, street light, roads, parks and club house but what you get is a slum. The condition of jr greenpark, jr coconest, jr gardens, jr meadows, Sarvapriya township are evidence of thier poor track records and bad development. The residents are repenting and many want to sell their properties and leave the layout due to incomplete development and no promised amenities

I am looking for some information about JR Greenpark Lakefront... How is the project as a whole?
Do whatever in life but do not buy a JR housing property in any of their layout. you take my advice and save money. you can rather buy a property in nearby village, you will get better development, standard of living, amenities by village panchayath. life in jr housing layout is hell, no amenities, poor developed, unfinished work, no maintennace, just false promises and threats. it is waste of money, keep away.
