Can we buy a property in hyderabad from an GPA Holder
Q: Can we buy a property in hyderabad from an GPA Holder. The property comes under nadergul village,Badangpet nagara panchayath.

Latest Answer: Hi, I came across a property that fits my needs. The property is in a layout where whole layout has A Khata, but individual sites have got a B-Khata. Layout was formed around 3 years ago, and one of the plots was bought by mr A. Mr A then sold the property to Mr B, instead of registration mr B obtained a registered GPA including the selling rights for the plot.I liked the location and price, hence went for the legal and this is where it all gets murky. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
