Is investment in plots with veracity landmarks at lake avenue hinjewadi safe??

The sizes of the plots is 2152 sq-ft and will cost around Rs. 5.4 lacs but negotiable. Hinjewadi is a Superb locality now treated as the IT Village of Pune which is located on the NH4 bypass Around the city of Pune in India. It is now the location of Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, housing around twenty Reputed Software Companies such as Wipro, Infosys, TCS, IBM etc.
Please can you share with me whether you have brought the property/Plot here, As even I am planing to invest here
