I am thinking of buying a flat in kakanad near infopark for better job oppurtunities and would like to go with the builder Tiknar Homes as their pricing is cheaper when compared to other builders. Please let me know about this builder and is it a wise decision to go with them.
Hi there, madam. I have actually come across a few complaints about them. I wouldn't want to comment on whether they are good or bad. You be the judge of that. These complaints are basically about buyers of another project of their who claimed that their work progress on TIknar Oline projectt is quite slow.

Yes, miss. There was a friend of mine who paid the full amount to occupy the houses in the Tiknar Olina project. What happened was there was some delay and the project went some 2-3 years over board than the set deadline which caused a lot of problems for him.
