Hi, I plan on investing in an under-construction or an upcoming project in Hyderabad. I keep reading about a project called Aliens space station in the newspapers. The advertisement looks very attractive, but I would love to get some hands-on advice on this project. Please provide any details you have about this project and locality.

My comments to replies
I am a sufferer of this Stupidest Scheme.
I have invested in 2011 with a promised handover in Dec 2012 (+9 months grace period). This is 2015 and the construction in my station (Station-5) has not even started.
I have come to the conclusion that this is a big fraud planned by set of scheme and here is my view on how this has been executed. Aliens Identify a piece of land in a good location, shown lucarative pictures and videos to the landowners, promise them flat instead of buying their land. Identify the most reputed government/Private bank and fix them to approve the project. When customers met Naveen and Hari challa, they will just laugh at your condition and ask to pay 25%-30%.
Customers have fed up and have now register a FIR (Crime number 14/2015, RCPuram Police Station, Medak district) in group apart from other customers who have already
registered FIRs individually.

Never fall into the trap again. They can make foolish statements saying heaven on earth. Once you start trusting them no one can save you.
They still not understanding the pain but just want to construct SS1 from customers money ONLY.
All the investments paid by the customers were utilized for their lavish expenses and other activities but not for construction.
Now asking customers to support them without any shame.
They are calling customers not to mingle with other customers but to support the project. They also says that both customers and builder are on the same ship.
In fact, they didn't understand that both are on different ship, and customers paid for ticket, and the builder is not allowing them to enter. Builder is asking more and more money to enter into the ship., which is an illegal actiivty.
Totally blaming the customers only for their mistakes happened so far, and not for constructing SS1., which clearly shows their unethical process. Now they fallen on HUB.
