Excel Stone Florence is having 2 phases. Phase I will get completed by mid of 2015 and Phase II will get completed by another 2 years from now.
The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3200 and the booking amount is Rs 1 lakh.
phase I is not completed yet and by seeing progress and builder behavior this is not ging to be completed by this year end and that too is without amenities.no clear picture , so you can think about phase II.big thumb down .

Are they providing car parking because I do not want to keep my car in road?
brick work is of worst quality , possession is not possible till aug as of now , amenities are on papers only , standalone building construction took around 2.5 yrs , lods of better projects in area go for them.
