AJNARA HOMES Gr. Noida
Q: Hi, Can anyone let me the possession date and status of work in AJNARA HOMES. I have a flat in "M" Block.

Hi Ajnara is asking for Pratikar in addition to the cost of the flat which was agreed upon at the time of booking the flat in Ajnara Homes. Has anyone any idea about this ? The Demand Draft of the Pratikar should be in favour of GNIDA. Kindly reply whether anyone has paid the pratikar so far.
I have a unit in "J" Block.. Builder is asking for Prtikar chargers, 2 years maint in advance and 2 yrs clubhouse charges in advance. Let me know if someone paid it.. ??
