Review on Alpine Viva
Q: Hi, I intend to buy a flat in Alpine Viva. Please share your views. also, let me know what is the ideal sq. ft. price for a 2 BHK. Regards

My comments to replies
Be aware of Alpine Viva, it has legal issues which the builder always claims to be setlled but never diees down. If you are investing your hard earn money, then better to go for a clean project. Also the project is going on from 2008-2009 so one can imagine already it has been 5-6 years and still more time to go. I had booked apartment in Tagus and on advise of lawyer and due to unethical response of builder like lying about the legal status and hiking the charges in between after booking I have cancelled the booking now.
Mr. Binesh, I completely disagree with your statement. I don't know about the past issues, But now i'm one of the satisfied customer staying in Danube Block in Alpine VIVA. My lawyer verified the documents of VIVA apartments and he said that there is no any legal issues. All the amenities like Swimming pool, Children play area, Club House Etc... are Provided as the builders promised.
