Hi Sahil, If you are buying for an end use purpose then you can buy the apartment but if are planning to sell the property after 5 to 10 years then I do not think you will get good returns as apartments are good in condition for 15 to 20 years, after that it need renovation. People will prefer to buy a brand new flat than going for a 20 years old apartment.
Thanks Balaji, Appreciate your response. I am planning to buy it for end use and have no intention to sell it atleast for 10-15 years.
