Buying a portion of a big plot
Q: We are interested in buying a portion of a big size plot in Bangalore. The broker has found another buyer to purchase the remaining portion. So the seller would be selling at the same time. Has anyone been in a similar situation before? What questions should i be asking and what should i watch out for? Thank you in advance for your response.

Latest Answer: As far as I know the selling cannot sell the plot at the same time. But to be on the safer side you can discuss this matter with a legal expert.
