BIPL group is one of cheat builder group. they not provide any amenities in their existing scheme and even not return fund which given by members. they are not good builders. so, don't buy any property from this group in ahmedabad.

But my advice to check the agreement paper first. if builder has made written commitment for paying a deficit of something expected in maintenance he is bound to do so. Is there any such clause in registered sale deed signed with builder?
possession already given since last one year before.

I am owner and i m disappointed with the amenities. However, it is our fault also. We should have united and filed a application for pending works in consumer forum to get things moving. Also I can not find Sarvopari Elegance in AMC tax listing ( newly built indraprasth 9 is listed ). Thus, some paper work may be pending from builder side to be submitted to AMC.

@vishal mori, we have try to unite and do many things even we go his home to get details but he did not ready to give at that time and said to come police station. Even many meeting in society done to what to do and which action should we take!! But still no reply from builder even many person in society connected with him to inform society members review and unity regarding..!! So, if you owner then you should take action from your way by calling builder regarding Maintenance amount and amenities too!!
