Hello. I would like to know some details on the CSK Prestige County in Shamshabad in Hyderabad. I am looking for apartments in that area, and i am interested in this project.
Do not buy in CSK Prestige country. It is in dispute.Our flat is in pending from 2013. We went to office so many times but could not find the builder in office. It is waste of time to meet site in-charge at site. Any time you get only one answer..you have to pay money. If your answer is yes, I already paid, then simply they responds, meet Agarwal in office. But it is not easy to meet him in office after paying money. May be it is easy to meet him at the time of purchase but not after paying money.Do not buy in CSK Prestige country. My comments to replies
The area of these villas starts from 1800 s ft to 1850 sq ft, and they are all duplex villas, so i think it is a decently spaced villa. but these villas are still under construction, and they are not ready as yet. The possession starts from Jan 2016
My Brother-in-law bought it in 2012 and promised to complete by August 2014. Still it is not completed and we never get any response from builder. They never lift phone. It is not easy to meet builder in his office. You can contact any one who bought a villa there and they will tell their experience.
Hey, these villas are all 3 bhk villas, and they are being built by the the CSK realtors, You may not have heard about them as they are pretty new in the real estate business, and these villas are coming up near the airport.

I have heard that the price of thee villas starts from 38 lakhs to 39 lakhs, the builders are charging around 2,100 rupees per sq ft for these villas and I think that is a reasonable price only.
It is waste to invest in a disputed project. Builder is also not trusted. There is no entrance to this project. Now the residents going through open site. Actual rout was demolished by Shamshabad Panchayat.
