My builder is not applying for getting OC as he says he has viloated the norms? What to do?
Q: I hae bought a flat in a small aprtment of 35 flats (G+4 Floors). When all owners approached the builder for OC, he says, he never promised to get OC and he clearly says that he has deviated on the approved plan... What is the way out for us?

Latest Answer: It is always better to go for projects having OC otherwise you may face problem in future. And here the builder is clearly telling that he has violated the norms, which is illegal.
