Is it a good option to buy a 3BHK apartment proposed or planned by Sumadhura in Thindlu Vidyaranyapura road Bangalore.
Q: Our budget is 55 lakhs to 60 lakhs! Presently we are living in a 2 BHK apartment in Sumadhura Matrusree residency in Thindlu Vidyaranyapura post Bangalore. We are not over all happy with the builders & with the apartment & the area location. or is it good idea to buy a resale 3BHK apartment we are confused in which good residentail area we can buy a property for our budget in Bangalore!

My comments to replies
In this budget you can also get fresh properties in Bangalore and i feel it is better to go for fresh property than resale property. Are you looking for a property in any particular locality?
Thanks Nagesh, North or South Bangalore i need to zero in on some particular localities.
