Skanda Avani plot project in Sarjapur Road
Q: The project is still in pre launch project. I want to know when is the project going to be launched and how much is the rate per sqft going on.

Which banks and local authority are providing home loan for this project? Please share as much info as you can.
I've heard that PNB and LIC Housing are providing loans. But anybody who has availed loans can confirm.

Hey Anthony, You are mistaken, this is a Gated Community with Villas. No apartments here.
