if the tenant brings a broker for my house for rental do i have to pay the agent commision? if yes what is the norm?

Latest Answer: Yes, it is you who have to pay the commission. The broker will help you in finding a new tenant and in return the new tenant will pay him one month rent. There is no such norms as per knowledge but you can take help from a legal expert for the same.
