Dear John, A small legal advise from me, a legal professional. Please exercise extreme caution when you make derogatory comments on any person on any public forum as these would attract penal action under Section 66A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. In today's virtual world every person can be tracked and traced electronically even if they use false names, identifies and contacts. Our Cyber Crime Police is today extremely efficient in their tasks . If this happens you could be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and fine. Let me assure you that you have no exposure from me on your comments though they are inappropriate and highly objectionable
This kind of behavior , and misuse of Section 66 A is why the Supreme Court had to intervene and throw this out.
