I think by this time you would have already know what MJR builders are and how they cheat people. But if not then i'll list down the points how they cheat people.
- Apartment deliverable delayed by 8 months and still counting
- They promise something while booking of apartment and deliver something worse at last.
- Quality of construction is very bad, becoz they start late so to catch up the time frame they will construct quickly and hence quality will be worse. We have n number of examples in our owners community to prove this.
- Lot of deviations in plan so won't get OC and CC from BBMP and other authorities.
- Frequent changes in Project management team and issues are never address.
- And list continues on and on. For actual data you can communicate with any Platina Owners group to get more feedback on MJR.
I am Totally against Mr. Mahesh,
MJR Platina has lot of illegal constructions, flop in design and construction, unskilled labors and supervisors, when they say they have world class designers, but in reality it a fake. There are 100s of design mistakes which shows the experience in design.
MJR is good in the following
- Fake promises
- Sugar coated mails
- Illegal constructions
- selling unapproved gardens/balconies
- want to retain rights in flat land and building to put up hoarding.
- won’t accept their mistakes and correct
In reality the purchasers are struggling because of the behavior of MJR, this is the words of 100s of MJR Platina Owners.
Almost every one booked the flat based on the location, but never thought we need to struggled a lot to get our flats in good livable conditions.
@ Mahesh Just say how many times you had changed your words without shame. I know you wont but it more than 5 times about the delivery date (started giving dates Oct-14) useless
