POSSESSION not given by LDA Scheme SITAPUR RD JANKIPURAM EXTN ASHRAYA-3,sector 5
Q: I have purchase one room set home thru lottery and submitted all money as per LDA Guideline.As per LDA,The House will be ready for possession in Year 2012, March.I have visited Construction site and found running work is stopped.I asked to guards about status they said construction stopped due to some reason.I tried to Visit LDA office but no outcome..Already 3 Years compelted but LDA is not giving any response. When these flats are ready for possession?

Latest Answer: Hi, one step you can do file RTI for getting information and secondly ask directly with the developer for delay in possession.
