BDA approved property and BDA released property
Q: Can anyone tell me what is the difference between BDA approved and BDA released property? I was told at the BDA office that private layouts which are approved by the BDA need to be released by the BDA. What is the implication of buying BDA approved but not BDA released property?


Does anyone have any information on plots in Upadhyaya layout, Nagadevanahalli?
Q: Can anybody provide me the details of any plots vacant in Upadhyaya layout and if it is ok to buy here? Is it under BDA?

Latest Answer: Hi Sharath, the price of the plots depends on the size, amenities provided and many other things. About approvals I think it is Panchayat approved but it is better if you can go and directly talk to the builder or developers of the project. They will provide you all the details.
