We are group of buyers from various cities in India(Bangalore, Gurgaon, kolkata, Kochi, Hydrabaad etc) Around 6000 flat owners with 24000 family members waiting for their flats for many years. DLF also have plan to ask additional 30% extra in name of escalation charges. Many others builders also doing the same. we want Indian government to look into this.
