Thanks all for the valuable info. Here is my story. I searched for 30x40 site for almost 3-4 months in this locality. As usual i went through real estate brokers. Initially rates were Rs 4800/5100 per sq feet. Slowly brokers started increasing 200-300 Rs every 10-15 days. After 2-3 months, broker was quoting at 6500 /sqfeet, which was out of my hand.
Finally i dropped the plan to buy plot in this layout. Later i heard many problems like court case. No water facility, problem with railway gate. etc etc. There are many cheating cases which i heard. so please be careful.
