i also doubt about the BMRDA approval of 40/60 %. IndiaBull is a fraud in collaboration with ICON. Interesting bit is no documents will be shared untill 1L advance is made. I doubt the genuinity.

I think all the sites are panchayati approved.

Hi ppl...has anyone booked r bought plot ?we ve finalised and bought a plot in icon malgudi phase 1.registered also...I kept visiting d place in these past months..there seems be development in the layout .someone has started constructing a house in phase 1.I'm really looking for further development of this project.please do share or views if anybody has bought and have a plan fr constructing d house.

Hi Anyone bought site in Phase 2 of icon malgudi..Any resale in phase 1? Can we get loan from Lic/SBI?Let me know all sites are approved by BMRDA? They are telling 1750 per sqft today.. I think it is over priced. Pls share your views..

hello everyone, I visited Icon Malgudi today. The layout is under development. Got to know that it will be another 8 months till project completes. First 60% plots are released by BMRDA, so some plots can avail loan. For the rest 40% you need to pay cash. I am looking forward to buy a plot in phase 1. Prospect wise, it seems to be good, as there are some houses within 500 meters from the layout. So I can hope this layout picking up population in next 5 years. The builder quoted price of 1550/sq ft for west facing and 1600/sq ft for East facing plots. My concern is about the reputation of the builder. The builder is seems to be fairly new. They have completed only one project in Anekal called PSR Icon valley, that too under a different brand name! They have another project nearby called Grand Icon, which is also under development. It is getting difficult for me to get some confience on them. I would like to get in touch with anyone wishing to buy in this layout..

The project seems to be good and it is well connected to Bommasandra and Jigni Industrial area. The project is around 6.5 kns from Infosys, close to proposed metro station.
