My comments to replies
You need to visit local Grama panchayat office located near to your plot to pay your land tax. Before that make sure you have a land "Khata" created under your name. Right now there is no online system under BIAPPA jurisdiction but as per authority people ,it will be in place soon. Cheers ! Regards, Amruth S Rao
