How about this project (Tulip Heights[HMDA Approved, L.P. No.8/2015])? Will it yield good return in long term if purchased? OR We are seeing Sankarpally region too has got several good project offering Residential Plots by Aperna Builders and Hiranandani, so compared to Sankarpally (Rangareddy Dist) will this region (Sangareddy Dist) grow faster? Prices by Hiranandani & Aperna are high compared to Dharani because this 2 guys are giants.
