Latest Answer: Good Morning Sunjay, Visit the local municipal or the collectrate office, if there is any issue with the building they will have all the details. The only issue i found is that the property rate in the locality is Rs.42200/sq-ft whereas the Satara Residency is charging Rs. 50000/sq-ft.
