Never Buy any project of Brys, I had invested in May 2014 and project has been scrapped by Brys but booking amount was not returned to me. On lots of follow up they issues a post dated cheque and that cheque bounced due to insufficient amount in his account and I am still waiting for my invested money to be back.

construction linked payment plan is like :-
Booking amount – 2 Lac,
Within 30 days – 1 Lac,
Excavation – 40% less 3 Lac paid,
On casting of ground floor roof – 10%, On casting of 3rd floor roof- 10%+view PLC,
On casting of 6th floor roof- 10%,On casting of 14 th floor roof- 10%,
On casting of top floor roof- 10%,On offer of possession -10%+additional charge.

This builder do not has enough funds since one year to return money of his clients of cancelled project of Noida extension. The builder is cheater. He is selling false dreams. Keeping clients in dark.

The booking amount paid by me not returned to me yet. Now I am following up with one of the director of Brys to resolve this issue but she is not responding on my emails and as per his office staff she is not available in office for any communication. No one knows when I will get my money back.

According to me, this 40:60 payment plan is like:-
At the time of booking- 10%,
With in 45 days from booking- 30%,
On offer of possession- 60%+Additional charges.
This payment plan is also known as price as per construction link plan.
