Q: Worst builder ever..my possession is delayed by 1.5 YEARS ..i am now filing a case against them in consumer court.

HI, Even i have booked a 2BHK flat and waiting for the possession. Do you have any updates? What is the current status of this project? Is there any legal issue builder is facing? What should i do? Plz. share your advice.
There are issues with MSEB connections. Thats the last update i have.
