Occupation of Jacaranda Block
Q: It has been more than 1.9 years of promised date but the apartment is not yet ready for occupation. Has anyone claimed for interest payment (6% mentioned in the contract) from Prestige?

Does Jacaranda Block have all legal approvals??
Q: Looking for people who have bought an apartment in Jacaranda block. Does Jacaranda have all legal approvals? Citibank lawyers have not cleared Jacaranda - I went for a loan to Citibank and their lawyers have not come back with an approval after 1.5 months. I understand HDFC, Axis Bank etc have approved this block. If anyone has up-to-date information, can you please post? Thanks!
